STRESS,A SILENT KILLER!

As life expectancy decreases compared to years back,people are much concerned about why it happen to be so. stress which is the major cause of aging is also one of the agent that cause high blood pressure and sudden death. why many research focus on how to stay healthy and look young,the main target is how to neutralize or reduce the damages caused by stress. On a daily bases, human demands increases and stress also increases.
Oxidative damages both to organs,tissues and macromolecles occur as a result of free radicals that are generated in the body by stress and some metabolic pathways.
