BODY MASS INDEX CALCULATION

Since few years back concern about weight gain and weight loss have been the major cause of headache to many people around the globe. While there are numerous apps to calculate the BODY MASS INDEX (BMI), yet many people may not be able to have access to many of them (apps). Now, here's a simple self performed test to determine if you're actually obese or not.
 Simply divide your body weight (kg) by the square of your height (in meters). The result obtained is called BODY MASS INDEX (BMI). Normal BMI values range from 18.5-24.9 kg/meter sq. So, if your BMI is greater or equal to 25, then u're quite fat(& you should know the next thing to do); and if less than 18.5, then you're thin. Continue to next article HERE
