HOW HIV CAN NOT BE CONTACTED

In my last post i promised to say something about the ways by which HIV can not be contacted. Ever since the awareness of the transmission of the virus from one infected person to the other people have been extra cautious on their relationship with HIV patients. The major cause of death of HIV patient as i wrote in my previous blog is not actually the virus itself but the way the patient handle itself and the interrelationship with other people. So many fear grip people living around HIV patient as regard to the means of contact. Listed below are some means by which HIV can not be contacted;
    HIV can not be contacted via kissing except for the fear of mouth sore which can lead to blood contact.
    It can not be contacted by using the same toilet and bathroom
    It can not be contacted by sleeping on the same bed with infected people
    Eaten in the same plate with HIV patient can not lead to being infected with the virus
    It can not be contacted by drinking from the same cup
    Using the same tooth brush can not lead to being infected but this is not advisable
    Shaking of hands with infected people can not transmit the virus.
ABOVE ALL PREVENTION IS BETTER THAN CURE
