in many region it is a most that people fry many of their foods ranging from flower products to fish and meat before consuming it. while many enjoy the fried stufs they neglect/forget the dangers in many fried foods/products. when frying fish and meat the oil become oxidized and thereby become a target for major immune cells in the body. out of many deleterous effect that oxidized and saturated fats caused are (1) artheriosclerosis (2) high blood pressure (3) obesity e.t.c. eating majority of our foods fresh help to reduce risk associated with oxidized fat and saturated fats. stay healthy!
