FIVE REASONS YOU MUST AVOID STRESS

as already known,stress is the situation of lack of adequate rest. stress have many negative health effects which includes: it increase the production of free radicals,it oxidize important biomolecles such as protein and fat in the body leading to tissue damages,it leads to depression,it reduces the level of thinking,it also enhance aging and increases liver activities which usually put pressure on the liver. in order to reduce stress and look good all time it is good to take periodic rest after each strenous activities.
