TIPS TO AVOIDING CONSTIPATION

constipation as known is the condition whereby people have indigestion. it is most common and can be attributed to different causes and conditions. in order to ease digestion naturally without using drugs and to do away with constipation here are few tips: (1) eat enough of fibre rich foods daily. foods that are fibre rich is the no 1 natural remedy of constipation as it help to increase digestion and detoxification. orange shaft is a good example of fibre. (2) another good important thing that can minimize constipation is by drinking sufficient water as it help in softening of stools and easy digestion and lastly of my tips is (3) reduce the consumption of bulky foods and much fat except if the nature of your work require that,dont eat so often when you are not hungry and avoid going to bed immediately after food.
