FOODS WITH HIGH PROTEIN

Starting from elementary science class we have been thought the functions of protein in the body but, we can't assume that we all know what exactly protein does in the body. Protein is one of the three major macromolecles required by the body and it serve a very important function. I agree you know the number one source of protein to be from meat, Here are other source of proteins:


Vegans are people who does not take anything from animal source so their major source of proteins are: Beans, Melon, Soy bean and other vegetables.

New born babies also need protein for development but they can't derive it from meat. Therefore, they got their own from Breast milk, Cow Milk and baby feeds.

In general, animal source of protein includes those derived from Meat, Fish, Snail, Cray fish, Eggs and so on.
