6 SUCCESSFUL WEIGHT CONTROL HABITS Maintaining and regulating body weight to beat the risk of being obese and to look smarter is a big challenge to many people and as a results many of them go extra mile and extreme in order to make sure they burn those little fat in their body. Little did many people know about the influence of genetic factors on natural body composition, as a result they attributed everything to their unhealthy eating and comfortable lifestyle which eventually prompt them to take quick actions to burn fat and loose weight. anorexia nervosa is not uncommon due to how people bully their selves.
I wish I could say it all but I want to be quick and brief at my points. Here are some tip on body weight regulations and health impact


Don't eat until you are hungry

Many of us believe that eating carbo and fat is the only way to add to the bulkiness of the body and never know that the body have a means of inter converting foods. The truth is that our body store energy in the form of carbohydrates and fat. Carbohydrates storage in a well fed individual can sustain the energy needs for 24 hours. During this storage period any excess in carbo will be converd to fat and this same applied to protein because protein digestion produces amino acids and most amino acids are glucogenic I.e they can be converted to glucose when in excess of body needs. The point here is that eating when you are not hungry or when you are not engaging in heavy activities will create excess raw materials in the body.

Don't abandon carbohydrates and fat totally

The brain coordinate all other body activities and it's work is exclusively carbohydrates (glucose) dependent. When you deprive yourself of glucose the brain will shift to getting use of ketone body as alternative energy. Note that ketone body is acidic and will reduce the body pH to create a condition known as keto acidosis if in extreme state. Be active

Eat little processed foods

Most processed food contains some addictive that increase appetite and urge for requesting for more. Aside that they might hide some of their real composition. See example HERE

Eat foods rich in fiber

Drink enough water
