DIET

accumulation of fat in the body does not necessarily mean you have depend on fat as the staple food, the highly consumed staple(carbohydrate) also contribute to the accumulation of fats in the body when consumed in excess of body's requirement for energy generation. this is a hint for people that are washing their weight (by diet control) but still consume high quantity of carbohydrate, because they cant get good result.
