Pomegranates:
This fruit is available throughout the year and is a powerhouse of antioxidants. Pomegranates help to protect your body’s cells from free radicals, which cause premature ageing. Free radicals are formed due to exposure to the sun and harmful toxins from the environment.

Tomatoes:
Tomatoes also contain carotene, which helps protects skin cells from sunlight.


Experts say tomatoes contain lycopene, which have antioxidant and anti-ageing properties. Tomatoes also contain multiple vitamins, which are beneficial for the skin. Lycopene is also available in the market in the form of tablets.

Walnuts:
